Reservations Responsibilities

• Supervise Reservations Agent(s). Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals
• Ensure information in any channel provided to guests is accurate and individualized
• Coach agents in areas of up-selling, cross-selling and ongoing skill set knowledge
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call volumes are managed in the most efficient manner possible, administrative duties are completed and productivity is maximized
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assist in the coordination of new rate offers including rate building, determining operational flows, communicating offers to the hotel community, and deficiency testing

Job Purpose

Business Performance

• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals

Front Office Operation

• Tour hotel daily, audit team members’ adherence to hotel policies and procedures in all phases of service and job functions. Follow up with designated personnel when needed
• Conduct line-ups, review all information pertinent to the day’s business
• Conduct weekly meetings with divisional managers and review all information pertinent to the week’s business
• Review departmental/divisional profits, payroll expenses, rooms’ expenses, cost per occupied room, previous day’s occupancy and room revenues
• Analyze market trends and review clientele to work on upsell opportunity to increase the hotel’s revenue
• Monitor and handle guest complaints in an expedient and effective manner

• Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues.
•  Ensures that the following elements are applied long-term throughout the hotel: Pullman Brand Standards and Loyalty (those elements are refer to I Auditor guidelines)
• Mobilizes all players in the continuous improvement dynamics (process, indicators, follow-up etc.
• In conjunction with the Heads of Department and Team Leaders, builds up the processes, actions and working methods needed to fulfill the brand's customer promise.
• Translates the Pullman mindset to guests through strong presence in the field, embodying sociability and proximity.
