Job Descriptions:

• Research and identify key opinion leaders within the industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage and build relationships with KOLs.
• Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to establish connections.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with KOLs through effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with KOLs to understand their needs and interests.
• Coordinate content creation and collaboration opportunities with KOLs.
• Ensure that KOLs are aligned with the brand messaging and values.
• Represent the company at industry events to network with potential KOLs.
• Monitor and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness and perception.
• Provide regular reports on the success of KOL initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales volumes through existing and new distributors.
• Negotiate and develop JBP (joint business plan) for assigned distributors in line with all stakeholders

• Find new distributors to expand market presence.

·        Menjalin Kerjasama Perusahaan baru diluar rekanan klinik dengan target 3 Perusahaan baru setiap bulan (MOU Perusahaan)

·        Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Agency Asuransi atau Klinik rekanan yang sesuai dengan kriteria Klinik Sahid

·        Menjalin Kerjasama MCU Perusahaan baik calon karyawan maupun Annual

·        Memfollow Up Penawaran Kerjasama baik Pelayanan Kesehatan maupun penunjang medis dengan baik & tepat sasaran

·        Membuat fee rekanan asuransi & perusahaan yang telah bekerjasama
