What you will be doing:

• Enforcing the execution of the hotel’s hygiene and cleaning standards in their respective area and sections at all times.
• Supervising and providing practical assistance in the daily stewarding operation.
• To plan and control the chemical par stock level according to budget set at all times.
• To plan and control the par stock level operation equipment such as chinaware, cutlery buffet equipment, etc efficiently at all times.
• To ensure a smooth back-of-house operation and cater according to banquet event orders.
• To enforce and follow the hotel’s standards of procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintaining clear, healthy, and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates at all times.

Requirements :

• ~Minimal D3 (semua jurusan) diutamakan pengalaman bekerja di bidang Housekeeping.
• ~Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di Shopping Mall atau Property Management dan diutamakan di posisi yang sama.
• ~Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan sistem Microsoft Office.
• ~Mengetahui standar pelayanan Housekeeping dan Pest Control.

Responsibilities :

• ~Menyusun rencana kerja, perawatan, dan pengawasan area seluruh pekerjaan dan peralatan Departemen Housekeeping yang berkaitan dengan: Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Sanitation & Hygiene
• ~Memeriksa secara berkala jadwal program kerja dan rekapitulasi laporan vendor Housekeeping yang telah dibuat mencakup: Rencana Kerja Harian, Rencana Kerja Mingguan, Rencana Kerja Dua Mingguan, Rencana Kerja Bulanan Dan Rencana Kerja Tahunan.
• ~Melakukan inspeksi harian dan memastikan bahwa setiap tugas yang diberikan kepada vendor dapat berjalan dengan baik, tepat dan sesuai dengan harapan.
• ~Memberikan arahan metode atau tata cara pelaksanaan tugas yang dijalankan kepada vendor untuk mencapai hasil maksimal dan standar yang diharapkan.

• Degree in Computer Science.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in handling super App - All in one dashboard (end to end)

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
