1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, including use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Ability to operate editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Able to create and edit graphics, optimize images/videos, and combine design elements with social media content to create content that is interesting, innovative, and relevant to the target audience.
4. Have experience in committee/event organization in organizational events/seminars, especially in the marketing/marketing/communication division.
5. Ability to conduct effective content research and analyze social media data to inform content strategy and decision making.
6. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing to convey messages clearly and effectively to the audience.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, work within tight deadlines, and manage work efficiently.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, collaborating with internal eCommerce and PR teams, generating engaging content for various platforms, overseeing content creation and scheduling, fostering community engagement, monitoring trends and competitor activities, utilizing analytics tools for tracking and reporting, collaborating effectively with other departments, and providing dual reporting to both Public Relations and eCommerce heads. Additionally, always to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content, contributing to the ideation and development of creative campaigns and initiatives.
