• Have experience working in startups or marketing agencies
• Can rock a mean TikTok dance move (optional, but definitely impressive!)
• Able to use design & creative tools like Canva, Adobe
• Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to our diverse audience
• Familiarity with industry-specific KOLs and ability to establish and maintain relationships with them
• A creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral-worthy content that resonates with local audiences

This role is open to Indonesians only and will require to manage a team of planners and implementers across offline and digital platforms. This role reports to the Managing Director.

Expectations for this role:

• Establish a partner-relationship with regional & in-market clients by being involved in the business environment
• Hone feasibility, profitability and negotiation skills through implementation and management of plans at best prices and terms to maximize effectiveness of placement’s reach to client’s consumers.
• Ensure professional deliveries in all client dealings
• Collaborate with digital specialist teams across the region to develop digital strategy and media plan recommendations, integrating offline recommendations
• Able to synthesize various media statistics and information to develop recommendations and opinions in the area of emerging digital media
• Able to analyze, understand, & develop strategies for markets across the region

• Monitor plan execution and serves as first point of contact to raise and resolve any identified issues/discrepancies
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with clients’ objective
• Ensure clear documentation on all communications with business partners and agency partners
• Generate media insights using various data sources and crafts strategic POV based on data for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers and experiences
• Serve as first level coach and supervisor to one or more planners to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans
• Work with Planner to ensure accurate and timely invoicing (e.g. regular review of unbilled reports, resolve unbilled cases with Finance)
