You will be one of the principal pillars of the hotel, passionately and enthusiastically directing day-to-day activities of the sales team by inspiring and coaching them to drive results. Further you will drive the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel sales, marketing and business plan. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of educational publications, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with the museum's educational objectives.

• Work closely with curators, educators, and guest experience teams to develop and deliver educational write-ups that align with the museum's objectives and resonate with diverse audiences. This includes extended captions, artists' stories, wall texts, visitor booklet, and audio script.

• Lead marketing initiatives to promote museum exhibitions and programs, utilizing both traditional and digital channels to maximize reach and impact.
