Tanggung Jawab: 

• Membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen.
• Menangani keluhan konsumen baik melalui email, telepon atau tatap muka.
• Melakukan penanganan dan monitoring dalam proses terkait pesanan unit, pengembalian uang, ataupun pertukaran unit dengan unit Agung Podomoro lainnya.
• Menyusun laporan harian, bulanan ataupun tahunan tentang kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

• Design and execute communication plans to promote the company's brand, products, and services through various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media).
• Develop engaging multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics) to support marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive coverage of the company's activities and initiatives.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure that employees are informed and engaged with the company’s vision, mission, and values.

• Native level of English.
• Willingness to learn new methods, ability to switch between projects and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• A laptop, internet connection, availability, and enthusiasm to take on new challenges.
