1. Sales and Business Development

2. Client Relationship Management

   • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
   • Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.
   • Provide excellent after-sales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.

3. Event Planning Support

   • Collaborate with event planners, chefs, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
   • Offer creative input to clients for event concepts, menus, and layouts.
   • Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations during events.

4. Marketing and Promotion

   • Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns to attract social events.
   • Leverage social media, partnerships, and other platforms to enhance visibility.
   • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

5. Revenue Management

   • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
   • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.

6. Administrative and Reporting Duties

   • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
   • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
   • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

- Membuat laporan penjualan

- Melakukan stock opname

- Menjaga kerapihan dan kebersihan toko

- Melakukan tugas yang diatur oleh atasan

Syarat Pekerjaan :

- Minimal lulus SMA/K

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

- Min. pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang retail (SPG event atau regular)

- Rajin dan mau belajar

- Tepat Waktu

- Memiliki minat yang kuat dalam penjualan dan disiplin

- Berorientasi pada target PO di setiap minggu nya

- Berinisiatif kuat untuk melakukan tugas

- Bersedia terima rolling kalau dibutuhkan

- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP

- Gaji Rp. 150,000,- / hari
