Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Optimize layout for better space utilization and workflow, planning material storage locations for streamlined processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, monitor inventory levels, recommend procurement, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality and safety standards for all goods.

• Melakukan replenishment dan distribusi Fluid Connectors Group (FCG)
• Menjaga On-Time dan In-Full, Days of Inventory, dan readyness support FCG setiap masing-masing customer

1. Mengembangkan strategi bisnis guna meningkatkan jumlah customer, meningkatkan penjualan dan mengoptimalkan keuntungan.
2. Memimpin, memotivasi, melatih, membimbing dan mengawasi staff kantor secara efektif.
3. Memastikan pelayanan toko seoptimal mungkin guna menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi.
4. Membagi tugas kepada staff kantor termasuk memberikan jadwal masuk, ijin, dll.
5. Menjaga agar kondisi/suasana/kebersihan toko terjaga dengan baik dan membuat pelanggan merasa nyaman.
6. Mengawasi administrasi toko dan memastikan pekerjaan staff administrasi sesuai dengan peraturan dan prosedur.
7. Menganalisis dan melaporkan tren pembelian dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
