1. Create PO, Contract Agreement Letter (SPP), Cashbon Manual/System, Cashbon Accountability

2. Receive Cashbon from Finance

3. Inform the requester to create GRN

4. Processing Invoice: Control the completeness of Invoice Document

5. Scan all document related purchase the item and review the completeness of document

6. Input suplier data in Oracle if there new supplier

•       Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as : running restaurant services, supervised outlet team, and doing administration things (DSR, Inventory report, attendance report etc)

•       Oversee the execution of the work schedule and procedure as set by the Restaurant Manager

•       Completing overtime sheets for the department

• Memastikan proses penerimaan, penentuan lokasi, penyimpanan, penataan, penanganan dan penyiapan produk untuk pemenuhan order berlangsung efektif dan efisien serta sesuai prosedur.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain a preferred supplier list.

Procurement Process:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control procurement budgets.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any supplier-related issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Optimize layout for better space utilization and workflow, planning material storage locations for streamlined processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, monitor inventory levels, recommend procurement, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Train and manage warehouse staff to ensure safety and performance.
• Coordinate logistics with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries, and maintain quality and safety standards for all goods.
• Maintain compliance with the company's quality management system.

• Melakukan pengelolaan pengadaan barang / jasa melalui perencanaan yang sistematis dan terkontrol
• Membuat laporan data harian
• Melakukan pemilihan dan seleksi rekanan sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan
• Melakukan survey harga dan negosiasi dengan supplier/vendor/rekanan
• Melakukan pembelian, QC, dan monitoring pengiriman barang
• Membuat evaluasi dan laporan rutin secara berkala

7. Menganalisis dan melaporkan tren pembelian dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
8. Menangani semua masalah yang muncul dari staff atau pelanggan seperti keluhan maupun kritik.
9. Melakukan penilaian kinerja staff dan menimbang apakah diperlukan pelatihan atau tidak. Termasuk memutuskan apakah kontrak kerja staff akan dilanjutkan atau stop sampai disitu.
10. Mendesain layout toko / tampilan toko semenarik mungkin.
