Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective quality management systems and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze quality performance data, initiate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that align with business goals.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving quality goals.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

8 . Melakukan inspeksi kebersihan secara berkala pada ruang produksi dan peralatan

9 . Mengidentifikasi produk yang tidak memenuhi standar kualitas dan memastikan tindakan korektif segera diambil (misalnya menghentikan produksi sementara, mengulang proses, atau menghentikan distribusi produk yang tidak layak)

10 . Memastikan alat-alat pengujian di laboratorium selalu dikalibrasi dan berfungsi dengan baik untuk menghindari kesalahan pengujian

11 . Memastikan proses produksi dan produk akhir aman untuk dikonsumsi

12 . Melakukan sampling produk secara berkala selama proses produksi untuk diuji kualitasnya

13 . Mengimplementasikan dan mematuhi sistem manajemen mutu seperti BRC, ISO, HACCP, atau GMP

14 . Memastikan standar mutu diterapkan dalam setiap aspek produksi dan distribusi

Responsibilities :

1. Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes.
2. Ensure that products are checked according to standards and report to the direct superior if any product discrepancies are found.
3. Inspect, test, or measure manufactured materials or products. Accept or reject finished goods.
4. Inspect product samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and checking functionality.
5. Check incoming and outgoing goods. Day-to-day inspection of incoming, processed, and outgoing products.
6. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Determine the cause of product defects and rework.
7. Check that assembly or production lines comply with standard procedures. Comply with legal requirements.
8. Review blueprints and specifications to compare to manufactured items.
9. Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing rework and waste, and entering data into a quality database.
10. Report inspection results (incoming, Process, and Outgoing) via WA and Checksheet on the same day.
11. Monitor the safety of equipment use and discard any that do not meet requirements.
12. Assists in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
13. Keeps measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
14. Participate in creating IK and OPL for critical products and critical processes.

You'll join our Indonesia Compliance Payments Team, playing a pivotal role in establishing, upholding, and overseeing compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass fostering the company's commitment to corporate governance, maintaining internal policies and documentation, and preparing relevant compliance reports for daily business operations. Additionally, you'll offer support to various teams, ensuring their adherence to regulatory requirements. What you'll do:

• Develop, assess, and uphold internal policies and procedures to align seamlessly with relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding Payments.
• Oversee and maintain the company's compliance with regulatory frameworks, corporate governance standards, and internal policies, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
• Facilitate communication between the companies, regional teams, consultants, investors, and auditors on compliance/ payments-related matters.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years' experience as a Compliance or Internal Audit staff member in financial/compliance/payments services.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the fintech payments industry, multi-finance, and/or banking & finance.
• Proficient in OJK regulations, including KYC and AML/CFT procedures.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
