Generate the Quality Control (QC) worksheet.
Conduct phone verifications with Debtors for QC purposes.
Create monthly reports, sign them, and document the QC results.
Offer suggestions to trainers based on the QC findings.
Stay available and actively participate with both the Desk Collection team and the Field Collection team.
Assume the role of an auditor.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) professional, investigator, or auditor.
Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Attention to detail in work and advanced analytical abilities.
Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in Bahasa and English (preference given to fluent candidates).
