We are on the lookout for a Partnership Marketing Manager to spearhead and grow our efforts in fostering strategic and impactful partnerships with artists, brands, and industry partners. The successful candidate will exemplify energy and success in identifying and acquiring new leads, negotiating costs and product sponsorships, and staying attuned to the local music and lifestyle marketing scene.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, artists, and industry contacts to foster revenue-generating collaborations and drive marketing objectives.
- Identify Collaboration Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies for brand partnerships and co-marketing initiatives such as pop-up stores and product collaborations. Work with senior leadership to develop and write program concepts, proposals, and reports.
- Sponsorship Management: Negotiate and manage sponsorship deals involving the exchange of products (e.g., musical instruments) for marketing exposure, ensuring impactful and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to different stakeholders.
- Strong ability to prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials, tailored specifically to the right partners.
- Creative, driven, and solution-oriented.
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners, and execute against metrics and milestones to drive community engagement and revenue generation.
- Strong command of English.
