bTaskee is a marketplace platform based in Vietnam, which provides on-demand home services, including doing chores, over 14+ services available. It helps customers to instantly connect with local maids. Our platform, which is web and app-based, provides a simple and fast interface for optimal user experience. Customers are able to rate and review their maids (or helpers) to ensure the quality of the service.

Job Descriptions:

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships (co-branding/cross promo). Ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
• Work closely with various departments within the company, such as marketing, operations, product and tech, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Work closely with the management to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences online
• Growth and expand AnyTag Marketplace and fulfil the target as required by Management. 
• Conduct negotiation about Influencer pricing and maintain profit
• Implement influencer engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with influencers and bloggers on their requirements, timeline, and deliverables. 
• Coordinate and work closely with sales team for influencer inquiries that best cater the brand

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good command of English 
• 2+ years of experience in influencer business, preferably candidate who involve in campaign with Influencer and YouTuber and has experience working with Agency. Has experience with Brand Ambassador project would be great
• Negotiation skills to internal team and external parties. 
• Great in arranging campaign's budget and timeline
• Work enthusiast and has proven record in doing client's project (brand & agency)
• Showing interest in working by team, proactive and communicative
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented

Kualifikasi:

• Berusia maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
• Berpengalaman di bidang SALES minimal 3 tahun
• Menguasai area Jabodetabek
• Siap bekerja sesuai dengan target
• Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun dalam tim
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik 
• Menguasai penjualan melalui sosial media.
• Berpengalaman di bidang Retail Penjualan Sepeda Motor atau di bidang Smartphone
• Bersedia bekerja mobile dan sudah terbiasa bekerja di lapangan
• Dapat bergabung secepatnya

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

• Melakukan penjualan produk
• Membuat penawaran harga dan proposal untuk pembukaan toko/dealer baru
• Menjangkau prospek customer potensial 
• Berkolaborasi dengan team untuk membangun ide dan rencana untuk setiap event yang akan dilaksanakan
• Mengkoordinasi dan memantau event yang sedang berjalan
• Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan renovasi toko sampai selesai
• Merencanakan dan mengelola kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan secara menyeluruh untuk memastikan peningkatan penjualan tiap toko di setiap bulannya 
• Melakukan evaluasi pelatihan untuk menilai efektivitas kerja tim 
• Mencapai target hasil penjualan yang disepakati
• Melakukan peningkatan penjualan dengan metode promosi marketing terbaru 
• Bertanggung jawab atas target penjualan di setiap toko 
• Melakukan jaminan pelayanan terbaik

• Conducting research on new marketing & analytics technology trend and how it can be leveraged for the company purposes
• Analyze marketing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate it to business and system requirements
• Owning and driving the implementation of new marketing & analytics technology by liaising with related parties in the company
• Managed owned media marketing initiative in the company
• Perform data & product analysis to provide insight and actionable items to improve marketing & business performance
