Melakukan aktivitas penjualan produk secara retail sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan
Mengelolah dan monitoring terhadap piutang distributor untuk memastikan pencapaian target inkaso
Melakukan monitoring dan menindaklanjuti kegiatan promo yang sudah diberikan kepada distributor guna memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk

Support the development of agreed scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions markets to track performance KPI
Support the development of KPI and establish scorecard metrics
Support the design and development of sales reports for key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends.
Provide support to the General Manager & Sales Teams for market data, customer data analysis, commercial partnership (analyze Sales Forecast, AOP, market share data), new program ROI analysis
Design Ad-Hoc reports based on available data / Metrics to support sales initiatives.
Assist and Support the Develop of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools. (e.g. Finance Cube, BI Tool, Qlik Sense)
Understand the tools and support the analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errors
Support the identification of reporting and analysis problems and work with relevant organizations, systems owners and management to resolve. (e.g. Finance, IT)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organization
Provide support for Sales Target formulation and review. In charge of the Sales Target Achievement measurement process ( SIP ) and manage the relevant enquiry.
