Tax Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Maintain compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and update the organization’s tax practices accordingly.

Tax Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management on various business transactions and decisions.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to take advantage of them.

Tax Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and review tax provisions and tax-related disclosures for financial statements.
• Conduct detailed tax research and analysis on complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Audit and Risk Management:

• Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for tax audits.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and consultants as needed.

Position Purpose:

To execute and administer all importation activities i.e. shipments documentations, timely input of accurate data, providing support for the step by step of the transportation process from Regional and ensuring compliance with all trade regulations & the products have been delivered properly and on time as business needs.

Description of Duties:

• Checking/validating Hs, notif, desc, and size for Verification Order
• Checking, entry, uploading, and ensuring PO SAP vs inv (PO_2 inv.+revise qty) Verification Order (VO) all matching
• Follow up VO/inv. confirmation VO & Invoice Inspection
• Follow up on Payment Process Inspection fee & send proof
• Re-type/copy-paste and edit format for Packing List
• Follow up CoA & SAP Invoice receive
• Checking Code, VBN, Qty, batch no and Shelf life to Verify CoA & Remaining Shelf life
• Re-type/copy-paste and edit Completed CoA file (RFI/Batch) then Finalized CoA (attached with LoA manufacture)

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in commercial & business Studies /Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min. 1 year of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Trading Operational / Supply Chain management is preferable
• Preferably having knowledge in import documentations, creating PIB documents, banking functions, and import regulations & legal requirements
• Knowledge of international trade/ import requirements for shipments globally preferred
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, and computer literate
• Thrive for success, able to work under pressure, and be positive toward change and challenge
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Position Purpose:      

• To oversee all aspects of accounts relating to the PO and distribution of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Work with all stakeholders both internal and external parties. Models and acts in accordance with existing guiding principles and SOP.
• To oversee the inbound flow for SK-II markets. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.

Description of Duties:

Supply Logistics :

• Assist Demand Planner and import team, work closely with warehouse team
• Consolidate all procurement orders for SK-II market and submit to principal
• Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Follow up closely on order fulfillment and item availability
• Track freight spending.
• Provide weekly inventory and stocks in transit report and disseminate to stakeholders
• Manage stocks transfer for different sites

Customer Service :

• Create and process sales orders in SAP
• Create and process return orders from customer in SAP
• Prepare order fulfillment report, sales report, and inventory report
• Monitor delivery flow from warehouse to customers (vice versa)
• Transaction housekeeping

Knowledge and Skills:

• Possess 3 years of experience in supply chain.

Position Purpose:

To oversee all aspects of accounts related to purchase orders and goods distribution while maintaining our clients' needs. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, adhering to established guiding principles and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Description of Duties:

• Create and process sales orders in SAP.
• Create, process, and manage return orders from customers in SAP.
• Prepare order fulfillment report, sales report, and inventory reports.
• Maintain the consignment transaction flow.
• Monitor the flow of deliveries between the warehouse and customers (vice versa).
• Maintain transaction records.
• Provide support to the Demand Planner, and import team, and collaborate closely with the warehouse team.
