• Assist the Ship Repair Manager in planning, organizing, and managing ship repair projects in the shipyard
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ship repair works
• Review and analyze repair specifications and requirements provided by ship owners
• Participate in the negotiation process with ship owners and suppliers
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of repair works, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed time frame and budget
• Supervise and provide guidance to the ship repair team, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in ship repair activities
• Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure the adherence to specifications and standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ship repair activities

• Min. Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in ship repair projects or shipyard operations
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of ship repair processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the maritime industry
• Those with more senior experience will be considered for manager.

• Responsible to manage, handle and control all the shipping role.
• Day-lo-day responsibilities of shipping is includes : Overseeing certain incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments.
• To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the shipping section.
• Determining shipping priorities, work assignments and shipping method required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
• Provide shipping documentation and manage the shipping activity (Export & Import).
• Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all order to ensure material and finish goods are delivered as per schedule.
• Coordinates import and export logistic according lo the planned materials receiving and out-going loading schedule for shipment plan.
• Assist to prepare authorization letter and send to forwarder together with shipping documents for clearance of the goods from the port.
• Provide the summary report of shipping progress and Export PIB/PEB.
