About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and administrative support to the warehouse team. This position also requires handling inventory management, processing incoming shipments, overseeing administrative duties, ensuring the availability of raw materials, and generating reports. The Warehouse Administrator will also create purchase requests and track raw material consumption.

• Perform regular inventory and materials counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) as scheduled.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify the accuracy of items, quantities, and other details.
• Execute administrative tasks in an organized and systematic manner.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials for construction projects by maintaining standard minimum stock levels.
• Supervise and prepare weekly reports on raw material waste, incoming samples, and quality control samples.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions for materials needed for construction projects to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitor and oversee the usage of raw materials to ensure efficient use and prevent shortages.

• A Diploma 3 or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse administration or a comparable role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace, warehouse management systems).
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday with max. 40 working hours.

About The Role

As a Front Office Expertise at Awan Hills, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional guest service. Setup the standard of Front Office. Lead the front office team, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining service excellence and team performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibility and setup the Front Office SOP for the whole operation team in the Front Office and guarantee to be implemented accordingly
• Supervise and manage the front office team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Oversee check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff performance
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Shift handover properly within the Front Office team and Hotel team
• Direct report to Operation Manager as a daily basis related to the Operation Team in Awan Hills Property and other project.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a 3-star or local hotel’s front office or in the same hotel style is a plus
• Having experience for the Pre Opening Property was the additional plus point
• Willing to work on office hours from Monday to Friday from 9AM - 6PM and standby for the hybrid meeting
• Willing to be placed in any AMODA’s Property location
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team, work under pressure and efficient time, and multitask efficiently

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services required for the business, such as housekeeping supplies, food and beverages, maintenance materials, etc.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure timely replenishment
• Accurately input and update procurement and inventory data into the system.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and handling correspondence related to procurement
• Monitor and control costs related to procurement to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints
• Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and cost analysis
• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, management, finance or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and record-keeping
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors
• Proficient in using procurement software, inventory management systems, and general office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
