To ensure that all of Hotel’s guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of service that is professional, friendly and genuine.

Responsible and accountable for the loading and unloading of guest luggage from guest cars and directing guests to the car parking facilities available to guests and visitors of the hotel.

Responsible for welcoming of guests and escorting them to their Rooms where necessary, in a professional friendly and genuine manner.

Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from Guest Rooms, cars and Reception.

Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the hotel vehicles whilst on duty. To ensure that vehicles are properly maintained.

Prepared and obtain any car bookings for the day.

To have a comprehensive knowledge of the neighborhood / city and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest inquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solutions.

Is guests' 1st contact with the hotel and guides them inside.

 What you will be doing:

• To ensure the smooth operation of the in-house transportation as reflected in the daily transportation schedule
• To perform according to the transportation requests
• To report on time for any transportation requests from respective departments
• To prepare a transportation summary reflecting the mileage usage by respective departments for submission to Bell Captain on a weekly and monthly basis with the approval from Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager

The Bell Driver is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming arrival experience and ensures the seamless transition of guests from transportation to the hotel's exquisite ambience. This role involves transporting guests to and from the hotel with a focus on safety, courtesy, and efficiency. Beyond transportation, Bell Drivers are entrusted with handling guests' luggage with the utmost care, contributing to the overall positive first impression. Additionally, they serve as knowledgeable ambassadors, offering information about the hotel's services and local attractions.
