Spa & Wellbeing Manager would be accountable for managing the budget, forecast on revenue and expense, capital expenditure, support the Wellness program and Accor’s Planet 21. And would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirements. 

Liaise and work alongside team member from other Department at all times to provide the best service and Resort experience, as well as to maintain connection with outside vendor and trainer to provide wellness and wellbeing activity for our guest 

General Duties 

• Manages and organizes Spa and Wellness team whose mission is to ensure the Wellness and Wellbeing of all guest in the Resort.  This is accomplished within the scope of a budget and in conformity with well- defined management norms. 
• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, co-coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in Wellness and Wellbeing activities. 
• Responsible for the operation of the Spa department (including  Fitness and The Shop), overall condition and maintenance of the property, repair and up keeping of the furniture, fixtures and equipment's, installations, systems and buildings of the Spa, Wellness and Fitness Area. Both in term of assets and respect of equipment in all area. 
• Develop and maintain Spa menu that provide a wide range of appropriate treatments that would be suitable for our Resort Guest and to update this menu in a timely manner for any changes required.
• Gather information and remain fully informed of local and international trends in Spa operations, recommends new and up to date treatments as necessary for improvement  
• Develop and maintain Wellness and Fitness activities for in house guest during stay with focus on personalized program based on guest profile and needs 
• Develop and maintain the Shop as the only retail of the Resort to make sure that all items on sale are accounted for at all times, to make sure selection of item are of highest luxury standard

• Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
• Monitor Front Office, and particularly Butler personnel, to ensure LCAH members are known, as well as repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
• Promote internal Hotel sales and in-house facilities and monitors Front Office Marketing techniques in line with FIT marketing program
• To set up the target and drive the team to achieve upsell program on Suite, Villa, Transportation
• Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service
• Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained
• Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out

• Prepares efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff,  taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.

• Works with Housekeeping and Finance in the preparation and monitoring of the Rooms’ and FO budget and forecast.

What you will be doing:
Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives

• To work in close collaboration with the site leadership and planning teams to ensure that adequate consideration for cleaning processes is taken into account during the planning cycles.  
• To be the main point of contact for the external chemical supplier, developing operational, cost and quality lead KPIs, participating in the appropriate governance structure to monitor and clearly communicate performance against the KPIs to the Senior Management Team and colleagues.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects as quality tactical implementation plans agreed by the Senior Management team and in conjunction with the Chemical Supplier ensuring there is a continual cycle of challenging cost and process to drive efficiency and quality benefits.
• To be responsible for further developing the overall site cleaning risk assessment and program, encompassing areas out with product manufacturing to ensure sufficient verification of cleaning activities is in place.  
• To ensure that the Hygiene Program and associated documentation is continually reviewed and verified as compliant to the legislative, certification and customer requirements of the site, participating external audits as required to represent the Hygiene Program.  Where amendments are identified as required, ensuring this are robustly embedded into the system.
• Be an active member of the Site Internal Auditing Team, co-operating with all internal audits carried out in relation to Hygiene to ensure appropriate corrective actions, root cause analysis & preventative actions are identified, agreed and rolled out.
