Job Description:
As a Project & Solution Design Logistic Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our logistics processes. You will be responsible for analyzing logistics and transport data to drive efficiency, minimize costs, and improve lead times. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to pilot new projects and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will monitor logistics performance and enhance the user experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport & Logistics Optimization: Develop and implement transport and logistics plans that maximize efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare performance metrics for management. Provide actionable insights through reports and presentations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Take ownership of project outcomes by collaborating across teams, piloting projects, and supporting improvements for new market launches.
• Business Case Development: Conduct data analysis and competitor benchmarking, using a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges. Identify growth opportunities and initiate structured business cases.
• Logistics Performance Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end logistics performance by integrating product and data systems to improve the user service experience. Continuously monitor, analyze, and implement enhancements.

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

   • Lead the monthly management reporting process, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
   • Create and maintain performance and budget decks, providing in-depth variance analysis and commentaries on key financial metrics such as revenue, EBIT, SG&A, and cash flow.
   • Conduct scenario analysis to update the business runway and guide decision-making.

2. Treasury Management:

   • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient working capital is available to support business growth.
   • Identify and optimize sources of funds from multiple channels, including bank loans, third-party distributors, and other external financing options.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
2. Lead and manage all aspects of the go-to-market project, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones
3. Collaborate across departments such as product and tech, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless launch process
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and trends. Use this information to refine the GTM strategy
5. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product or service
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project and regularly report on progress to senior management
7. Identify potential risks and challenges on the project  and develop contingency plan to mitigate them

Category Management:

Own the P&L of a certain category (or a portfolio of categories) which includes:

(1) Product Mix: Make targeted but substantial assortment selections and regularly reimagine assortment mix to stay aligned with buyer's needs.

(2) Maximising Margin: Gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements to deliver an appropriate assortment at lower cost while increasing variety and value.

(3) Category Strategy: Understand market landscape in each category, what are the specific sutomer segments targeted, the positioning of different brands and their market share. Gain insights on wher and how to play for each category (e.g., Private Labeling: Maximize margin by identifiying assortments that can be converted to high-margin private-label subsitutes. Enter new categories, expand margins without raising prices, and create competitive advantages and pricing protection by offering unique products that can’t be shopped around)

(4) Supply Management: segment suppliers, using category insights and analytics to develop a clear fact base supply strategy and boost negotiation leverage.
