As a DBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and monitoring data management systems while ensuring their design, consistency, quality, and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an individual contributor for all database-related activities.
• Monitor and ensure the uptime and availability of all production databases.
• Estimate PostgreSQL database capacities and develop methods for monitoring database usage and capacity.
• Lead efforts to create and enhance automated monitoring and proactive intervention procedures, minimizing downtime.
• Participate in the creation and migration of development, staging, and production database instances.
• Conduct SQL code reviews for developers to ensure queries are optimized and tuned for efficiency before production deployment.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, reindexing, and archiving.
• Proactively address database operational issues to ensure smooth performance.
• Optimize query performance and perform preventative maintenance.

• Having at least 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL, including both VM-based and managed platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience managing multiple databases and working with datastream technologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration.
• Proficiency in monitoring and alerting systems management, ensuring system reliability and quick issue resolution.

• Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.

The Sourcing Sr. Analyst (“Buyer”) is responsible for managing the sourcing process for both IT and non-IT needs. The role involves overseeing the entire Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, as well as vendor and contract management, to support the operational needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs to develop specific supply channels for particular commodities, assisting in annual budget planning and rolling forecasts.
• Conduct expense analysis to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve vendor collaboration.
• Perform market research and analysis, including Requests for Information (RFI).
• Plan, implement, and report on savings and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage vendor relations, including onboarding, performance assessment, risk mitigation, financial sustainability, and addressing failures to meet contract requirements.
• Initiate, prepare, and conduct RFx/Tender processes, including leading communication and managing vendors during these processes.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of contract management to meet user and regulatory needs.
• Proactively liaise with users on current and upcoming projects to identify better savings opportunities.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Procurement/Sourcing Analyst.

The Procurement Officer (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Procurement such as Purchase Order creation & distribution and maintaining internal Tracker to help the operational business of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer
• Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email
• Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
• Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for the Purchase Order purpose
• Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end PR to PO journey for SLA & Saving reporting

• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major 
• No Minimum of years of experience as an Officer or Admin Purchasing/Procurement
• MS excel mastery, familiar with SAP is plus point
• Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation
