Financial Planning and Analyst will own the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process at a company to inform major decisions made by the executive team and board of directors. The candidate will collect, prepare and analyze financial data from across the organization to create reports that provide data-driven answers to business questions.

An FP&A professional should be a business partner for the entire organization, working closely with various business units, and a strategic advisor to the CFO function. These professionals help leaders of the finance department maintain and mitigate additional costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings and investment.

The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and have adequate cost-accounting background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform budgeting and rolling forecasting the company’s future financial performance that aligns with the company’s strategic plan that sets high-level targets (revenue, net income, core strategic initiatives, etc.). The rolling forecast including forecast of the company’s performance and its direct result to the financial statements (i.e. Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow) 
• Creating custom financial models to support the budget and forecast that account for trends within the business and in the broader industry and economy that may affect revenue and profit
• Perform various financial stress tests / scenarios (e.g. for new line of business or to seek efficiency within the existing business process) to provide timely, accurate and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Responsible for putting together board reports and management reports such as variance analysis reports, which track budget vs. actual spend by department, including collecting data from different departments, verifying and consolidating that information. 
• Proactively maintain and monitor key financial indicators—like debt-to-equity ratio and current ratio.
• Perform analysis to the financial statements to understand which product lines or services have the highest profit margin or contribute the most to net profit. This task includes breaking down the cost and revenue or profit generated by each department within the company. 
• Perform assessment for the return of the business’s investments with its working capital and finding new investment opportunities
• Provide Ad-hoc reports related to the company or business unit performance to internal and external parties as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year management experience
• A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Have a background in accounting or advisory firm

About the role

As Senior Channeling Manager, you will be part of a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with big funding institutional partners including multinational, state-owned and private banks. This position requires understanding of funding structures, and Fintech business practices to offer the best financial solutions to our partners. This role will be reporting to the Head of Lenders Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship with existing funding partners
• Acquire new institutional funding partners and establish a suitable funding structure (channeling, executing or other alternatives).
• Supervising daily funding operation and transaction
• Coordinating and liaising communication and requests between funding partners and internal stakeholders.
• Explore other business opportunities with funding partners

The qualifications that you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting of related field from Reputable University
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking handling corporate, commercial or NBFI clients, preferably for Channeling or Joint Financing facilities.
• or minimum of 3 years of experience in Fintech handling funding partners for executing, channeling or joint-financing.
• Strong understanding of Fintech funding structures, business practices, and financial markets
• Strong knowledge in credit risk and financial statement analysis
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

As our next Partnership Investment Analyst, you will support business team to perform service operations to individual lenders. You will also work alongside other analysts as well as other function whom will be focusing on maintaining service quality, SLA resulting to lenders satisfaction leve

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of individual lender operations requirements
• Identify gap to ideal process and SLA, gather requirements/ support from other functions (product/ engineering/ finance/ etc)
• Generate report, analysis and input for the business process improvement
• Conduct regular data reconciliation with cross related teams
• Strong individual contributor, able to work effectively with cross functional teams

The qualifications that you must have

• At least 1 year of working experience in Operations/ data analysis role
• Attentive to details, meticulous in doing numbers crunching and reporting in timely manner
• Familiar in using management information system tools and able to use BI tools is a plus
• Experience in Banking Back Office/ Fintech operations is a plus

Our Partnership Investment operations team consists of 4 people, serving more than 100k lenders to ensure a smooth plotting, transactions, reconciliation process as well as the accuracy to maintain service  quality towards lender.
