Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and growth of our credit product portfolio. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of credit-related products, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, risk, and marketing to drive the product vision, create innovative solutions, and enhance customer experiences in the credit space. Key Responsibilities:

·                Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for credit products, including credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and other financial services. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Manage enterprise wide risk management programs for multiple products (e.g Lending, digital payment/remittance, digital product)

• Identify and manage risks to the organization, it’s employees, stakeholders, assets and operations.
• Monitoring and maintain Key Risk Indicators parameters on monthly and weekly basis.
• Prepare Risk Register report 1-2 times per year
• Work together with other risk units in reviewing new products or new features of products

The Senior Accounting Lead will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. About the role

Sebagai Area Manager, posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan pengelolaan & monitoring Kantor Point/Cabang meliputi:

• Memastikan seluruh KPI Cabang di lingkup Area dapat dicapai dengan baik, termasuk di dalamnya:
• Memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh Amartha
• Memastikan proses perekrutan, pelayanan dan pendampingan mitra dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan
• Memastikan strategi, pengelolaan, proses dan operasional seluruh cabang dalam lingkup area yang dibina
• Memastikan keseluruhan administrasi kantor cabang lengkap dan tertib.
• Memastikan operasional kantor cabang dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan memastikan perizinan, infrastruktur, inventaris terpenuhi.
• Memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan prosedur secara ketat ditaati oleh semua staf di kantor cabang
• Memastikan seluruh staf memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan memperoleh training, pemantauan kinerja dan pengelolaan konflik.
• Memastikan operasional cabang di Regionalnya dapat berjalan melalui pemenuhan dan pengelolaan SDM
• Memastikan ekspansi yang ditetapkan Amartha dapat berjalan dengan baik
• Memastikan kualitas portfolio sesuai dengan tujuan Amartha dan nilai audit cabang sesuai dengan ekspekstasi management.
• Menegakkan prinsip keterbukaan di cabang

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Sarjana
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin minimal 2 Cabang
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Bersedia mobile keseluruh area Lumajang

Kami mencari Business Manager (Team Leader) yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengawasi pekerjaan karyawan di perusahaan kami. Tugas utama adalah bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan efisiensi operasi bisnis serta menetapkan tujuan strategis kedepannya. Selain itu juga harus memiliki kompetensi memberikan bimbingan untuk peningkatan kinerja, dengan cara yang menggabungkan visi dan budaya perusahaan. Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target
• Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan.
• Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas
• Bertanggung jawab atas soliditas tim dan mampu me-manage konflik internal tim atas dasar peraturan perusahaan.

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim min 2th
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Manager (Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen diutamakan)
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
