ā¢Garnering complex/diverse information, design structured risk strategies and run quality risk assessments.
ā¢Supporting the development of risk management plans and understand build, install and commissioning requirements. Implementing clear and concise information flows.
ā¢Helping the identification of thematic risks, issues, cross. dependencies and constraints across projects and producing updates on mitigation progress across the Infrastructure Directorate.
ā¢Supporting and assuring the risk management process from project inception through to construction and handover.
ā¢Facilitating regular risk workshops and reviews, conducting or facilitating Quantitative Cost & Schedule Analyses of individual projects and programmes, and assurance of the outputs.
ā¢Prepare risk-based measurement and reporting metrics, including risk limits exception
ā¢Facilitate the annual āKey Risk Identification Processā. Provide quarterly status updates on Key Risks to business group risk officer, and continuously communicate emerging risk issues and potential and actual breaches of Risk Management policies to the Business Group Risk Officer
ā¢Monitor to ensure that all identified gaps in managementās risk management process are resolved on a timely basis
ā¢ā ā Bachelors degree in any equivalent field
ā¢ā ā At least 5 years experience as PMO
ā¢ā ā Familiar with Financial Technology
ā¢ā ā Has positive attitude, comfortable with targets, and is self-motivated
ā¢ā ā who has a keen eye for detail, who understands about the impacts of managing risk well and how people get the best out of people.
ā¢ā ā Operational risk management, third party risk management, IT risk management
