About the role
As Premium Segment Value Proposition Lead, you will be in charge to grow premium lenders base in Amartha and maximize profitability for the segment. You will play crucial role in defining strategy for affluent segment, portfolio management, and improving service quality and productivity of Relationship Managers.
As Individual Contributor in Funding team, you will work closely with Lenders Acquisition, Product, Data and Operations team include but not limited to: create offerings & programs, feature/ product requirements and service operations set upto unlock growth coming from existing and new acquired premium segment.
Responsibilities
- Identify premium segment needs and behaviour to generate insights and shape acquisition and retention strategy of this segment
- Formulate customer value proposition for existing to be able to increase their basket size and new premium segment lenders to unlock new business growth
- Tailor offering and programs and leverage channels to focus on, to shape marketing communications towards targeted segment
- Streamline pain points and gather support from relevant stakeholders / functions to improve quality of servicing premium segment through Relationship Managers
- Improve end to end premium segment customer experience in order to build loyalty among this segment
- 4+ years of work experience in relevant role (premium / privilege/ priority segment value proposition, market segmentation insights etc) in financial services/telco/fmcg and other relevant industry
- Proven track record in developing programs and offerings that translate into sales KPI achievement
- Proven track record in data analytical work related (customers research, customer behaviour insights)
- Strong individual contributor, highly skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Customer driven focus - able to voice user needs and drive pipeline priority
- Fluent in professional Indonesian and English work environment
- Strong excel skills (pivot, vlook up, hlookup, charting, and other basic Excel functions)
- Familiar with google products (Google sheet, drive, docs, slides)
