1. Berkoordinasi dengan tim BD-Sales untuk kebutuhan ekspansi (baik untuk kota baru maupun existing), termasuk
kebutuhan coworking space, storage training room dan meeting room)
2. Negosiasi dan koordinasi dengan vendor terkait pengadaan kebutuhan ekspansi (office space dan storage),
barang, dan jasa (internet, cctv, konstruksi) di kantor cabang
3. Melakukan fit out untuk ekspansi kantor cabang (ruko)
4. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional kantor wilayah Jawa Timur, wilayah Indonesia bagian tengah
dan timur, diantaranya:
a. Berkoordinasi dengan user di kantor cabang serta pengadaan untuk kebutuhan rutin kantor seperti Sanitasi,
ATK, Pantry, kursi, lemari, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya
b. Maintenance fasilitas kantor cabang yang berupa ruko seperti menjadwalkan cuci rutin AC, membersihkan
toren air, maintenance building checklist dan pengajuan perbaikan apabila ada yang rusak)
c. Mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan OB di kantor cabang
5. Submit pembayaran (FPR) ke tim Finance untuk kebutuhan kantor cabang (Sampah, IPL, dll) serta melakukan
pencatatan Petty Cash dan membuat report pengeluarannya setiap 2 minggu
6. Melakukan update data Opex dan Capex setiap bulannya
7. Support stock opname aset tahunan untuk kantor cabang

1. Facility Management

• Ensure office facilities and infrastructure are well-maintained, secure, and operational
• Manage office space planning, including seating arrangements and equipment distribution
• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety standards
• Manage relationships with service providers for utilities, maintenance, and office supplies

2. Vendor and Contract Management

• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors for office equipment, utilities, and other operational services
• Monitor contract compliance and address any service issues or disputes.
• Source and establish relationships with new vendors when needed

3. Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records of company assets, such as furniture, equipment, and vehicles
• Ensure efficient use of company resources and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary

4. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and organize training sessions for employees
• Handle emergency preparedness, including evacuation plans and first-aid measures

5. Administrative Support

• Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks as required
• Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative needs
• Oversee the procurement of office supplies, furniture, and other necessities

6.Budgeting and Cost Control

• Develop and manage the General Affairs department’s budget.
• Monitor expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost-effectiveness

7.Policy Development

• Develop, update, and implement company policies related to general affairs and facilities management
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

• Responsible for sales targets under the area
• Daily visit to the merchant
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program sales target can be met
• To ensure placement of POP material promotion in the store
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues
• Handle around 2 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 55 Sales Promoters and 1 Merchant Relation
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training for promoter
• Monitoring data 1st billing by the promoter and by merchant

- Managing day to day activities and continous improvement of telesales team 

- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team.

- Actively monitor team performance on daily basis by generating the reports

- Involved in script development and enhancement as well as the development of the tools.

• Manage and responsible for the Collection Operations of the company
• Liaise with Superior (Risk Management Head) as well as other top management
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Review regularly the efficiency of collection process, policies and people through data driven analysis, and apply improvements
• Collaborate with various functions (Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, Marketing, Collection, Risk Modelling, and Business Intelligence) to boost efficiency and productivity
• Review and adjust operational budgets to balance between cost vs credit loss (as well as company profitability)
• Manage customer support processes and manage them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Responsible for staffing, resource allocation, KPI & Target setting and measurements. Ensure capacity of credit operation is planned well to meet the growth target of the company.
