- Own the end-to-end product life cycle of a specific product line at Gravel.
- Together with the Engineering lead, drive the product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Define product vision, strategy, and goals, and effectively communicate them to the team and stakeholders.
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements and prototypes as well as the delivery through effective communication and prioritization
- Work together with the design team to come up with the best UI/UX possible with certain constraints in consideration (either legal, timeline, etc)
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to establish development timelines, manage sprints, and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Manage various product development projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with other Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Able to understand complex processes, identify the right issue and solution, and deal with ambiguity
- Act as the product evangelist internally at Gravel to build awareness and understanding of user problems relevant to the product
