Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive onboarding process, including utilization of the stores
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Oversee projects from pre-building to post-building
• Assisting on the field to support store building and other incoming tasks

A.     Social Media

• Create and manage monthly editorial plan:

• 1 post per day for IG Feed & 1 post every 2 days for TikTok.
• For IG, the content should be mixed between featuring products & people, local content & global content.
• For TikTok content, more into lifestyle / fun content, do not post any product focus content except hero asset for product launching.
• You will also be responsible to post the content & create its caption.
• Create 2-3 contents per week (image / video)
• Become the admin of IG & TikTok @benefitindonesia, replying to followers’ messages or any inquiries from partner
• Actively search current trends in TikTok & IG and recreate it.

This newly created opportunity to be our Intern based in Jakarta, will play a critical role in supporting our Luxasia team focusing in Marketing department. Working with team on administrative, maintenance and projects to achieve immediate and long-term objectives of the organisation.

This role is within different function, that undertakes several strategic and high priority projects for the achieving the medium and long term objectives of the organisation. This is a high-paced role which entails working with brand managers, executives and the company leadership team on high priority engagements. Description of Duties:

• The candidate will assist the department as it transitions to a stronger proactive onboarding process, including utilization of the stores
• Assist team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• Research story ideas/background info on projects
• Creating scripts and reordering/tweaking content to ensure continuity of the design & production
• Assist on set with various filming needs/ Video and photo media management
• Creating marketing communication tools & editing video content that adheres to company guidelines to share on online platform channels and social media/ Conceptualize and generating thumbnail images
• Assemble footage into a finished product that matches the vision of the business
• Edit and manipulate film pieces in a way that is invisible to the viewing audience by inserting and syncing sound and optical effects
• Create rough and final cuts, and storyboarding
• Oversee projects from pre-production to post-production

You do not need to be an expert but rather have a thirst for learning about VM Operations & best practices.

You'll be perfect for this program if you:

• Open to bachelor's degree candidates with a Visual Design or related background and relevant project experience.
• You are a curious person who does not fit in a box and is interested in learning and applying marketing and HR-psychological strategies behind brand-production building.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or editing platforms and videography/photography will be a plus

This newly created opportunity to be our Intern based in Jakarta, will play a critical role in supporting our Luxasia team focusing in Marketing department. Working with team on administrative, maintenance and projects to achieve immediate and long-term objectives of the organisation.

This role is within different function, that undertakes several strategic and high priority projects for the achieving the medium and long term objectives of the organisation. This is a high-paced role which entails working with brand managers, executives and the company leadership team on high priority engagements.
