PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to develop marketing initiatives for new product launches, grow brand awareness and market share. She will be responsible for product management (forecasting, timely product registration with FDA), CRM and E-retail.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management

1. Forecasting

• Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions. (Measures: launch tracking)

1. Product Registration

• Ensure close liaison with Central Registration support team so that products can be launch in line with ASPAC launch date. (Measures: On shelf date)

1. Product Assortment

• Close monitoring of competitor’s product assortment and thereby identify our key priorities in Indonesia to gain market share. (Measures: monthly tracking)

1. Product Listing

• Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s On shelf date)

1. Product Merchandising

• Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)

1. Management on non-sellable items

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs
• GWP/Gifts management: utilizing GWP to drive higher basket purchase and create buzz to drive traffic to store.

1. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs. 
2. Identify opportunities and weakness; and take pro-active action on the following:
   • increase recruitment rate
   • retention for customers by developing trial and loyalty
   • improve cross-selling
   • improve on repurchase rate
3. Data analysis (through PowerBI reports and Datamart/WinCRM) and drilling to:
   • identify potential target market for key launches and events

E-Retail/ E-Commerce

1. Monitoring daily E-Commerce operation
2. Monthly reporting to Central HQ for E-Commerce business
3. Monthly Planning for E-Commerce: including animation, GWP & Samples usage

Brand Communication

1. Assist with timely PO issuing and invoice management for media agencies
2. Work with regional media team to execute media campaigns locally
3. Drive PR & KOL initiatives in Indonesia to achieve #1 PR dominance in market

Objective

To lead and grow MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business and strengthen brand presence with effective strategies and implementation that fits to brand DNA and values

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for OMNI channel retail analysis dashboard and monitoring of Sales Performance data, provide monthly, quarterly an annual report

• Responsible managing stock assurance / replenishment all channel, product forecast and manage overall channel per DOI guidelines

• Identify and actively share valuable insights from retail data analysis across each channel to improve overall retail productivity by channel and defend Brand position in the market

• Support Retail Operational Audit Excellence, review and evaluate SOP implementation in store through CRM database and store audit together with RETAIL ops team

• Lead and closely monitor the implementation of all E-Commerce / digital projects including sales target, activation, promotional and performance

• Managing retailer relationship, conducting regular business Review with assigned retailer partners, and provide opportunity to grow store performance

• Work closely with all functions to manage NPD /campaign roll out in timely manner and actively assist trade promo implementation to boost brand growth and performance

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)

1. DATA ANALYZING & MONITORING

• - Track & report CRM KPIs monthly to help sales team/training team and store managers be aware of their performance and action to take to achieve CRM goals.
• - Analyze data to develop new tactical mechanisms (e.g. Recruitment campaigns, repurchase campaigns) or CRM program improvements to achieve CRM goals.

2. DATABASE MANAGEMENT

- Work with Beauty Consultants and Retail team to ensure proper update of client information.

- Ensure proper client migration (POS assignment, BC assignment) should any changes such as store closure, store opening, transfer of BCs occur.

3. CLIENT COMMUNICATION / GIFTS MANAGMENT

- Execute communication campaigns which support overall brand goals as well as product launch/animation objectives.

- Oversee, implement, and track gifting and samples (gift and samples) which includes forecasting and proper allocation to stores.

4. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

- Execute instore client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.

- Initiate and run client events which can help to enhance client’s overall brand love.

- Work with product marketing team to communicate events that support the overall product campaign objective (e.g. recruit existing non-skin clients to skincare).

5. OTHERS

- Work on prospect recruitment through setting clear objectives with retail team for each animation.

- Work with Retail Team to ensure proper roll out of Dior Satisfaction Meter to all stores.

- Work with training team to ensure clear understanding by field team on Dior’s CRM program

- Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery.

- Launching CRM driven initiatives locally.

- Manage budget relating to CRM activities.

ECOMMERCE

1. BUSINESS PLANNING & ROLL OUTS

- Implement the E-Commerce strategy and development: In respect with the brand model, ensuring incubation of new businesses & brand growth in E-Commerce, in line with brand’s identity and objectives.

- Work with internal development teams to roll-out new tools on brand website to improve customer experience on site.

2. ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS

- Work with Ecommerce executive to ensure timely website updates & e-merchandising excellence

- Monitor and drive E-Commerce sales daily and ensure profitability

- Accurate daily sales forecasting with clear activation plan in collaboration with relevant teams (MKT, CRM, Media, PR etc.)

- Work with Ecommerce executive to ensure smooth daily operation from order placement to order delivery.

3. PERFORMANCE MEDIA

- Collaborate with media team to ensure media efficiency for performance media buys (SEM, DPA, Shopping Ads…)

4. OTHERS

- Manage E-Commerce campaign analysis and reporting to central and regional E-Commerce team as request.

This includes analyzing, monitoring, implementing, and reporting on Dior's Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives while continually striving to increase the efficiency of these programs to improve results. She/He will manage all matters related to Skincare product management, from forecasting, to pricing and campaign planning.

- Close management of PCD’s skincare assortment to ensure timely update of catalog and deactivation of discontinued items.

3. PRICING

- Review an analyze central’s recommendation of prices for skincare products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness.

- Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

4. CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

- Work with cross-function (CRM, Training, Retail etc) to develop 360 campaigns for all Skincare animations.

- Develop clear sampling and GWP strategies for skincare category

5. MEDIA

- Craft skincare media brief base on skincare objectives and work with internal media digital team to ensure proper execution & optimization of campaigns together with the help of agency.
