Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals for company.
• Maintain and enhance the brand image of company through consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEP and PPC platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor analysis.
• Campaign management; plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on budget and meet performance targets.

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in business or a related field.
• Having relevant certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, Content Marketing ) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.

The Junior Legal Officer will provide support to the legal department in various legal matters. This role involves assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. 1. Bachelor degree in Law
