Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects from inception to completion, including data collection, cleansing, processing, and analysis.
• Develop and refine pricing models and algorithms to optimize pricing decisions.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business forecasting, optimization, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Strategy, Business, Product and Engineering, to understand the business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

• Appraisal car condition based on inspection result and determine adjustments financing price to dealers.
• Analyze and compare the financing price to dealers against the price of the units in the market.
• Develop pricing framework to identify the best way to make Deduction.
• Give recommendations on inspection framework to improve Appraisal process.
• Conduct market research and gather data from various sources to analyze trends in the automotive industry, particularly in the used car market.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support Moladin's sales and marketing teams.
