Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations

Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans

Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process

Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement

Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum

Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field

Proven working experience as Internal Auditor or Senior Auditor at least 5 years experience

Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

Has allowed the Fit and Proper Test by OJK as Internal Audit at previous/ current company

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

• Maintaining relationship with business partners.
• Gathering and/or analyzing internal/external data to drive business plan and strategies.
• Acquiring New Business and maintain existing/renewal business to ensure sustainability and profitable business.
• Performing Project management role in collaboration in related parties (internal/external) to ensure excellent execution.

• Procure, configure, track and maintain all IT assets and devices, not limited to computers/laptops, networks/routers, printers, mobile phone and software(s) for all employees according to company standard.
• Establish vendor engagement, pricing and purchase SLA.
• Set up IT assets and maintenance system to ensure ticketing, SLA, up to reports.
• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting all hardware and software available in the company through both remote and face to face support of laptops, monitors, printers and telecommunication products.
• Set up and maintain the company network system, the company internal telephone system and not limited to customer service, tele sales and other department’s equipment(s).
• Be the person in charge for ISO 92000 in regards to IT & Data Security.
• Partner with the HR Team to support our onboarding-offboarding process and liaise with vendors relating to company emails, website domain, internet and other IT related supports.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any related major.
• Have 3 - 5 years experiences as IT Support/ Helpdesk
• Excellence in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
• Have attended technical tools training (such as helpdesk software)
• Have Network Certification is a plus.

• Reconcile debt and receivable transactions with external and internal stakeholders.
• Input daily transaction journals and maintain balance sheet listings.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions for best practice purposes.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding daily & monthly data reconciliation.
• Collect debts that are due when necessary.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting field, where having experience in Insurance/Financial services industry is preferred.
• Excellence in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Accounting System.
• Excellence in attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Performing bank statements reconciliation of the company.
• Reviewing and processing invoices of the company.
• Inputting company financial transactions into the system.
• Managing Petty Cash.
• Collecting overdue payments.
• Help to prepare the document for audit activities.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related major.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Finance Staff, where having experience in Insurance industry/Financial services is preferred.
• Excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellence Microsoft Excel skill.
