• Handle the end-to-end Onboarding Customer Enterprise (Training Requirement, Training Preparations, Training Process and Check In)
• Active to prepare the Training Needs for Customer Enterprise with a specific Requirement and Success Matrix
• Active to learn new features found in our product and ensure the Training Material is always up to date
• Support internal implementor team to improve the technical skills

1. Contact prospective leads to introduce McEasy company and products.
2. Identify the customer's business and pain points that can be addressed with McEasy's service offerings. Information includes: business industry, scale, operational issues related to the fleet, decision maker contacts, solutions for customers' issues, etc.
3. Create an effective and efficient strategy to increase productivity of SDR team
4. Managing team member to achieve team's goal
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.
6. Evaluate and enhance existing SDR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Menyampaikan informasi produk secara jelas dan menangani pertanyaan calon pelanggan.

• Melakukan follow-up panggilan dan memastikan prospek mendapatkan perhatian yang sesuai.

• Mengatasi keluhan pelanggan dengan solusi yang memadai dan koordinasi dengan tim terkait.

• Mengikuti standar kualitas dalam setiap interaksi dengan pelanggan.

• Menyusun laporan harian atau mingguan mengenai aktivitas dan hasil telemarketing.

1. Melakukan panggilan telpon (cold calling) ke calon konsumen/pelanggan yang di dapat dari sistem database perusahaan
2. Melakukan penjualan dari tahap cold calling, produk presentasi, negosiasi dan close deal dengan melalui media telpon dan online conference call
3. Mengumpulkan informasi terkait calon pelanggan secara menyeluruh agar dapat mengerti solusi produk yang tepat untuk ditawarkan kepada calon pelanggan tersebut
4. Memberikan dan menjelaskan terkait berbagai fitur dan manfaat serta keunggulan produk perusahaan kepada calon pelanggan atau pihak terkait lainnya
5. Mengumpulkan feedback, melakukan follow up kepada calon pelanggan yang sudah dihubungi sampai dengan dealing dan menggunakan produk perusahaan yang ditawarkan
6. Menggunakan sistem CRM secara aktif dalam hal penjadwalan dan pelaporan hasil calling dan/atau online conference call, dan progress deal stage pelanggan
7. Melakukan antisipasi terhadap masalah yang terjadi baik itu sebelum atau sesudah penjualan
