Ensure, record, and retain day-to-day administration and accountable operation of the safety management system at station level.
Control the provision of services provided by third parties and to reconcile invoice prior submitted to finance department.
Plan, manage, and control the efficient operation of passenger, baggage, ramp, and cargo handling activities at all airports in Indonesia.
Plan, build and maintain good relations with airport stakeholders and related parties.
Ensure airside safety, security management, and FOD policy implementation.
Ensure station operations comply with company, airport, and government requirements.
Ensure operational compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
Ensure all operational staff and contracted ground handling agents work in a safe and comfortable environment.
Maintain professional, clean, and safe station facilities.
Implement and maintain safety and security procedures and programs.
Plan and develop personnel under responsibility.
Promote a culture of fairness and open reporting of incidents and occurrences.
Communicate any information jeopardizing safety and security through appropriate channels.
