Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Point of Sale - POS, CCTV, Telephone systems and other software vendors.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
Should be capable of doing Root Cause Analysis on a problem.
Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration.
Skilled in usage of system level profiling tools and network monitoring systems to aid in application performance profiling.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall and VPN applications.
Prepare & Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software.
Managing Disaster Recovery Process and ensuring regular daily backup is taken.
Able to plan, assign and take the report from the IT team.
Identifies and implements solutions to user challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.
Maintains a system error / progress log book and deals with reported problems.
Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license.
Keep updated with the latest technology and security risks on a regular basis.
Able to perform other IT or Systems related tasks assigned by the management.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who is responsible for all Monitoring, Repair and Preventive Maintenance of operations equipment in the property. Helping Team to carry out the repair or preventive maintenance of all equipment in the property, act as a team leader among the technician, give instruction or guidance to execute the job.
Responsibilities include:
Take immediate action for all out of order / not functions equipment which effect to the operations or affect the member comfort even if it is needed longer hours to fix until done.
In charge of maintaining all equipment in the property, take daily, weekly and monthly check of all equipment.
Monitor all works carried out by outside contractors such as maintenance contracts or new works / upgrading.
Give training for sharing knowledge to technicians in order to carry out the job effectively and efficiently.
To operate and maintain all mechanic and electric system which consist of welding, fire alarm system (if any), refrigerator, plumbing, air conditioning, other machines, kitchen equipment, structural, electronic, sound equipment, etc and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition. Also, ensure the safety and comfort of the members and employees.
Responsible for repair and maintain of all mechanical and electrical equipment and minor installations.
Completes jobs as per job cards for the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Assist in all general works of the department as required.
Job Requirements:
Understand english (speaking & writing) are preferred
Graduates Diploma in technical or minimum from technical senior high school with minimum of one year of experience in similar position.
Maximum 38 years old
Good personality, mature and a team player as well as work under pressure important to be the technician to engineering.
Must be able to be part of a team work, analyze problems, and take decision to fix the problems, in order to smooth the property operations.
Self motivated, good analytical skill, be able to conduct prompt decision making and take a quick solution.
Applicants for this position should be Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.
