1. Developing systems and compiling procedures & standards related to Quality Assurance (QA) & Health, Safety Environment (HSE)

2. Control and evaluate its implementation with the aim of ensuring QA & HSE meets established requirements

1. Complete the handling of cases that occur based on claims from external parties or internal conflicts.

2. Resolving cases at the police, prosecutor's office and court levels, both criminal and civil cases.

3. Present as a representative of the company in invitations or summons for both litigation and non-litigation related to the handling of cases that occur

4. Carry out asset monitoring activities and coordinate and provide support with relevant departments to anticipate potential or handle legal problems that occur within the company.

5. Analyze and provide legal opinions on cases/problems that occur in the Company

6. Carrying out administrative duties in the Litigation Department.

'- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to team members, observing performance and encouraging improvement.  

-Interview, select, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and administer disciplinary procedures for Front Office team members.  

- Monitor lobby traffic and assign team members as required. 

- Review VIP reservations and ensure the proper handling of VIPs and groups, administering amenity orders, and managing incoming guests.  

- Update the system by inputting inventory and non-inventory groups, monitoring special reservation handling requests and oversee rate changes for in-house guests. 

Oversees daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of all departments. This role involves managing staff, addressing guest issues, handling emergencies, and coordinating between departments to maintain high service standards. The Duty Manager also supervises check-ins and check-outs, enforces hotel policies, and resolves any operational challenges. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred.
