Sales Manager adalah sebagai pemimpin dalam departemen penjualan yang bertugas untuk mengawasi dan mengatur tim untuk dapat mencapai target, selain itu memberikan bimbingan kepada tim penjualan dalam hal mengoptimalkan kegiatan penjualan yang berorientasi pada hasil.

6. Berpartisipasi dalam pameran dagang dan promosi penjualan yang ditugaskan oleh Direktur Penjualan.
7. Bepergian ke pasar sumber untuk mencari peluang bisnis serta menjalin dan/atau mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan dan akun utama.
8. Memelihara hubungan positif dengan agen perjalanan, akun komersial, dan sumber bisnis lainnya untuk hotel.
9. Mengkoordinasikan fungsi-fungsi di hotel yang berkaitan dengan penjualan, insentif, dan lain-lain.
10. Berkomunikasi setiap hari dengan Departemen Front Office dan Food & Beverage untuk memastikan bahwa pelanggan menerima tingkat layanan yang tinggi.
11. Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial, klub, dan organisasi yang mempromosikan kepentingan hotel serta meningkatkan keterampilan profesional.
12. Menghadiri rapat sesuai kebutuhan atau arahan dari Direktur dan/atau Asisten Direktur Penjualan.
13. Bertanggung jawab atas promosi dan iklan hotel sesuai arahan dari Direktur dan/atau Asisten Direktur Penjualan.
14. Bernegosiasi dengan agen perjalanan, operator tur, grosir, maskapai penerbangan, dan pelanggan lain sesuai penugasan Direktur dan/atau Asisten Direktur Penjualan.
15. Menentukan layanan "VIP Guest" atau "Special Treatment" yang harus diterapkan oleh hotel.
16. Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh Manajemen.
17. Mewakili Manajemen jika diperlukan.

1. Membantu dalam proses seleksi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan staf Front Office untuk memastikan mereka mencapai potensi maksimal mereka.
2. Mendukung upaya pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan merencanakan, mengorganisir, mengarahkan, dan memotivasi staf Front Office serta membantu dalam pengendalian pengeluaran dan kinerja.
3. Memastikan bahwa layanan yang diberikan oleh staf Front Office memenuhi atau melebihi kebijakan dan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan, serta mencapai tingkat kepuasan dan kenyamanan tamu yang tertinggi.
4. Membantu mengontrol penjualan kamar untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan dengan menerapkan teknik manajemen hasil yang efektif.
5. Memeriksa kamar tamu dan area publik untuk memastikan standar kebersihan dan kerapihan tetap terjaga.
6. Memantau status kamar dan menjaga komunikasi yang jelas dengan Departemen Housekeeping serta semua departemen lain di properti.
7. Menguasai kategori kamar, tarif, fasilitas, dan layanan yang tersedia di properti.
8. Menerapkan semua prosedur pengendalian kunci dan berpartisipasi dalam semua hal yang berkaitan dengan keamanan kamar tamu.
9. Mengetahui semua prosedur darurat dan kebakaran serta memastikan bahwa seluruh staf Front Office mendapatkan pelatihan yang lengkap.
10. Membantu Hotel Manager dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas administratif serta proyek khusus sebagaimana diminta oleh manajemen.
11. Melaksanakan tugas lain yang ditugaskan oleh Front Office Manager atau Hotel Manager.

• To collaborate with Marketing, Business Developments /Sales, Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, Finance, Planners and Customer Service to ensure smooth NPD and existing products’ stock availability SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete) management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any field
• 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles with minimum 3 year of experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP/IBP process facilitation (including working knowledge of SAP APO).
• FMCG industries background
• Oral & written English communication
• Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
• Strong personal computer skills required, proficiency in the use of excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Demonstrated success in process and/or tools improvements initiatives. Continuous improvement mindset.

Position Overview

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.

This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
• You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.
• You will develop relationships Executives and translate customer challenges to value.
• You will ensure the team delivers value to the customers through building Account Business Plan and execution.
• You will build opportunity pipeline to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor.
• You will manage the End-to-End sales cycle; be in the field meeting customers for business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, closing, and post-sales support.
• You will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
• You will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationships.
• You will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
• You will negotiate deals and contracts at several levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiations.
• You will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
• Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
• Experience in executive selling and relationship management
• Track-record in growing global accounts
• Channel sales experience
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia
• Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous

Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.

• Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.

• Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.

• Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.

• Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.

• Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.

• Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.

• Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.

• Coordinate the various functions within TD SYNNEX in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.

• Ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.

• Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.

• In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.

• Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.

• Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.

• Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.

• Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.

• Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.

• Be the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.

• Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.

• Deal effectively and efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within your team.

• Provide an appropriate example of leadership, by way of behaviors, to the wider organization.

• Proactively contribute as a member of the leadership team to the commercial 'well-being' and longevity of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution

• Minimum education level required is a Bachelor's Degree
