You will be part of a team responsible for executing the sales strategy, and building market position for multiple AA clients. You will do this by working across the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, nurturing opportunities to closing deals, under the supervision of your team lead (Sales Director).

Key Requirements:

• You have 2-3 years of business development and enterprise sales experience (preferably SaaS sales).
• You have ideally 1-2 years of prior experience as a sales development representative
• Building new pipeline, maintaining pipeline and closing deals
• Experience in selling into multiple different markets across the APAC region
• Familiar with sales processes and CRM reporting.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You enjoy pitching, are eloquent and able to think (and speak) on your feet.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, key responsibilities include:

• Stay informed on market trends, maintain a library of sales resources, and conduct ongoing market research
• Promote and solicit business through sales trips, community networking, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee internal promotions, ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with management standards
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments to manage room reservations and customer inquiries

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. Manage the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and business objectives. To perform the human resource function in ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

• Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
• Monitor Front Office, and particularly Butler personnel, to ensure LCAH members are known, as well as repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition
• Promote internal Hotel sales and in-house facilities and monitors Front Office Marketing techniques in line with FIT marketing program
• To set up the target and drive the team to achieve upsell program on Suite, Villa, Transportation
• Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service
• Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained
• Schedule and regularly conducts routine inspections of areas under his/her control
• Maintain knowledge of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out
