Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable.
• To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients.
   

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our marketing team at Stockbit. You will managing and analyzing customer data to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to optimize and personalize customer communications across various CRM channels. • Collect and analyze customer data from various sources to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different CRM strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with experience are welcome
• Experience in a fast-paced industry
• Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure, agile working environment.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
• Experience in project management and data analysis
• Understanding of the Customer Journey Experience.
