Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of meetings and events within the Food & Beverage department
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
• Assist with the coordination of events and special promotions within the Food & Beverage department
• Assist with inventory management and procurement process
• Organize and maintain files and documents
• Handle administrative requests and queries from the team
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem solving skills
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable

Recruiting & Success Planning

Administers career & succession planning processes and workflows.   Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.

Benefits Management

Manages day-to-day statutory and supplemental benefit plans programs including medical, life, and any other benefit plans.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensures local offices are equipped to meet national, state and/or local employment laws and regulations, as well as the organization’s global standards, policies, and procedures.   Administers programs and processes related to Duty of Care and workplace safety.  

Employee Relations

Investigates and proposes solutions for complex employee relations cases in liaison with line managers. Coordinates the organization's response to legal cases brought by individuals.

Performance Management

Supports the design and delivery of Performance Management and Talent Development policies and processes. Provides relevant operational and organizational analyses as well as analysis of external practices.

Learning & Development

Identifies training needs, and, in conjunction with the Learning & Development lead, may develop, design, and implement training programs.  Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources or related field and/or related industry experience.

·       Deep foundational knowledge of HR competencies and financial and operational principles.  

·       Proficient (written and verbal) in English
