YOUR IMPACT
The job requires ensuring products launch on time, manage product listings, and monthly ordering. Supporting campaign execution and CRM implementation, as well as generating data for reporting. Overall helping achieve marketing goals.
YOUR MISSIONÂ _________
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
1. Product Registration
- Close liaison with Central Registration support team and Local regulatory team, to ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brandâs Onshelf date)
- Communicating any urgent matters/request to Regional regarding the registration issue
- Submission & tracking notification status

2. Product Listing
- Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailerâs assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailerâs Onshelf date)
- Prepare Novelties calendar, allocation to each door and track each SKU by initiative
- Monthly update on product catalog with SKUâs status
- Communicating and implementing new prices

3. Product Merchandising
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
- Active list management (measures: presence rate)

4. Monthly Replenishment / DRP
- Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs
- Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment
5. Sampling and Gift
Ensure that sampling and Gifts items are distributed in accordance with monthly store mechanism. Ensure that all stores are equipped with the necessary selling tools.

CAMPAIGN / PR MANAGEMENT
- Support marketing manager to execute 360 touchpoints for all campaigns across Skincare and Fragrance (event, media, PR etc)
- Support marketing manager in CRM program implementation
- Full ownership to help managing categories focusing on Skincare and Fragrance
DATA & REPORTING
Assist the marketing manager in generating the required data for both regular reporting and ad-hoc reporting purposes.
