About the role: 

As an IT Audit Lead, you will get a chance to help Amartha on implementing IT Internal Audit activities and demonstrate your keen ability to identify the root cause of the problem. You will work alongside the other internal audit team, risk division, and monitor Amartha’s operational activities to deliver  improvement of business process quality of Amartha. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure IT Internal Audit plan is executed properly and sufficient audit evidence and/or documentation is  obtained to support audit findings. 
• Collect and analyze data to detect anomaly transactions, deficient controls, duplicated effort,  extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Implement systems and procedures related to the IT audit process
• Demonstrate the ability to identify the root cause of audit process. 
• Prepare audit working papers in complete, systematic, and timely manner and ensure those are  documented in accordance with professional standards. 
• Prepare a detailed IT audit report. 
• Providing insightful recommendations to minimize or eliminate risks to shareholders.
• Monitor open issues and ensure implementations of recommended internal control measures.
• Conduct advisory services process improvement to the business cluster and produce its report.
• Maintain good relations with the Auditee and third counterparts during the implementation of internal  audit assignment.

• A degree in Technology or Business, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from a reputable university.
• Over 6 years of experience in auditing IT controls, including General IT Controls, Application Controls, and Security Controls in similar industries.
• Experience with Internal Control over Information Security Management (ISMS), including ISO 27001 reviews, Cyber Security, and IT regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT and Information Security reviews, with relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 lead auditor/implementor) as a plus.
• Familiarity with IT governance and risk frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, and ISO 31000.
• Knowledge of internal auditing, risk management, and business continuity.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, take initiative, and be proactive.
• High integrity, quick learner, agile, honest, team-oriented, detail-focused.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good project management experience in system development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable.
• To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients.

About The Role

In Legal - Compliance and Admin Team, you will help and assure Company’s compliance, license, and other parts of compliance matters are aligned with applicable law and regulation in Indonesia. Also you will handle legal administration of the Company and administration of the Legal Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the internal team with legal requests and/or requirements.
• Manage the company's Intellectual Property rights and conduct audits on IP that may potentially infringe upon the company's IP.
• Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with legal obligations within the legal system in Indonesia (OSS, LKPM, Construction Reports).
• Responsible for internal regulations within the company (coordinating with the HR team).
• Ensure and update the company's permits and licenses.

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)

• Having an experience in construction company would be preferable

• Having experience in handling OSS and LKPM, also accustomed to dealing and communicating with Government institutions.

About The Role

In the Legal - Dispute Resolution Team, you will take care and assure any legal dispute or any potential legal dispute will be acted and resolved accordingly. This team is also responsible to submit legal risk management towards upper-management regarding projects and/or any action from other departments. This team, with the Finance Dept. and the People Dept. will also ensure any misbehaviour, misconduct, and/or any wrongdoing by employees of the Company will be acted accordingly with Company Regulation and applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Take care of any legal dispute that the Company encounters (non-litigation).
• Implementing measures or formulating plans to address potential legal issues.
• Resolving disputes between the company and employees (e.g., reprimands, written warnings, termination, and bipartite negotiations).
• Resolving any overdue receivables with clients.
• Maintain good communication with external legal providers.

• Bachelor degree of law from a reputable university.

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE).

• Having an experience in a construction company or reputable law firm would be preferable.

• Having experience in handling legal cases and manpower disputes would be preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly.

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
