About the role: 

As an IT Audit Lead, you will get a chance to help Amartha on implementing IT Internal Audit activities and demonstrate your keen ability to identify the root cause of the problem. You will work alongside the other internal audit team, risk division, and monitor Amartha’s operational activities to deliver  improvement of business process quality of Amartha. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure IT Internal Audit plan is executed properly and sufficient audit evidence and/or documentation is  obtained to support audit findings. 
• Collect and analyze data to detect anomaly transactions, deficient controls, duplicated effort,  extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Implement systems and procedures related to the IT audit process
• Demonstrate the ability to identify the root cause of audit process. 
• Prepare audit working papers in complete, systematic, and timely manner and ensure those are  documented in accordance with professional standards. 
• Prepare a detailed IT audit report. 
• Providing insightful recommendations to minimize or eliminate risks to shareholders.
• Monitor open issues and ensure implementations of recommended internal control measures.
• Conduct advisory services process improvement to the business cluster and produce its report.
• Maintain good relations with the Auditee and third counterparts during the implementation of internal  audit assignment.

• A degree in Technology or Business, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from a reputable university.
• Over 6 years of experience in auditing IT controls, including General IT Controls, Application Controls, and Security Controls in similar industries.
• Experience with Internal Control over Information Security Management (ISMS), including ISO 27001 reviews, Cyber Security, and IT regulatory compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT and Information Security reviews, with relevant certifications (CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 lead auditor/implementor) as a plus.
• Familiarity with IT governance and risk frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, and ISO 31000.
• Knowledge of internal auditing, risk management, and business continuity.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, take initiative, and be proactive.
• High integrity, quick learner, agile, honest, team-oriented, detail-focused.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good project management experience in system development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchant who using Merchant Apps.
• Responsible for sales target in their area
• Provide training Merchant Apps to store staff
• Ensure placement POP material promotion in store
• Do promotion socialization program to store staff
• Handling Batam area

The Guest Relations Officer is directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the guest Relations section whilst on duty.  On a broader scale, the Guest Relations Officer is to ensure that all the hotel’s guests are greeted, attended to, and assisted with a level of service that is professional, efficient yet friendly and second to none.  The Guest Relations Officer is also to ensure that all guests are made to feel comfortable and welcome in a genuine warm way at all times.

• Responsible for ongoing communication of pertinence using the logbook provided to other shifts.
• Responsible for ensuring that clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff, other area and Departments.
• To ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.
• To ensure on a daily basis that you are fully aware of all arrivals to the Hotel, and in particular, VIP’s and return guests, and that you are aware of any special requests so that they may be acted accordingly.
• To ensure that you are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that the hotel provides to its guests and visitors.
• To ensure you have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide.
• To ensure that Guest Relations Desk is not left unattended at anytime whilst on duty.
• To be completely aware of the Fire and Emergency Procedures of the hotel and your responsibilities in an emergency.
• To acquire, through training provided, a complete knowledge of all policies and policies as set down by the hotel that relate specifically to the Guest Relations.
• Efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions.
• Handle guests’ mails, messages, and answering phone calls.
• Maximizing room revenue by up-selling to a higher rate category and selling the highest possible rates for walk-in guests.
• Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front desk and back office area.
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Front Office Manager, Reception and Duty Manager.

Usia max 35 tahun

Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 (dua) tahun sebagai AO di lembaga pembiayaan mikro 

Memiliki kemampuan sales, analisa dan maintain pembiayaan
