This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, targeting both potential and existing high-end clientele. The Marketing Communications Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, social media, print, and events. By leveraging their expertise in luxury hospitality and market trends, they aim to position the hotel as a premier destination, fostering customer loyalty and increasing overall brand recognition within the competitive hospitality industry.

1. Building strategies to boost presence in conventional and digital media (thought leadership) while also managing reputation/issues.

2. Press/Media communications and relations, and reports

3. Communications to customers via monthly newsletter/WhatsApp blast/other channels

4. Corporate Social Responsibility

5. Communications Reports for an internal audience

6. Regulatory-required reports: Report to OJK

7. Drafting report: Sustainability Report, Annual Report, Financial literacy activities

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for executing the Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Digital and Marketing strategy for all departments within the hotel.

 What you will be doing:

• Measures, interprets, prioritizes and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary
• Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposures.
• Recommends and develops proposals and directs and implements below the line sales promotions, with external partners such as credit card companies, banks, department stores, airlines, etc. to support the advertising and sales campaigns.
• Closely works with e-Commerce/Revenue Manager to maximize use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behavior, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.
• In-coordination with e-Commerce who serves as the Webmaster for hotel's Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising
