The Loyalty & Promotion Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of loyalty programs and promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will drive initiatives that create memorable experiences and value for our users.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, and implement innovative loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions that align with business goals.

• Experience working with loyalty and CRM platforms.

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives.
