This position is responsible for the handling of day-to-day IT operations. The IT Solution Supervisor maintains the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk.

He/she will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. He /  She reports and assists IT Solution Manager

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas related to finance and maintain operational risk.

• Participate in the development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and improvement, ensuring alignment with the Group's targets and objectives.

• Inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant finance compliance information promptly.

• Submit finance compliance reports in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.

• Achieve and exceed goals regarding KPIs, budgets, and team objectives.

• All information must be accurate, valid, and based on actual conditions.
• Working papers are to be informative, neat, free of administrative errors, and well-organized.
• Document the company’s financial compliance activities to demonstrate adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

• Leverage technology effectively to generate finance compliance reports and provide management with analytical support for decision-making.

• Assist the Compliance Leader in fostering relationships with all organizational members to obtain client/customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience in a Public Accounting Firm or related finance compliance role is preferred.

3. Maximum 25 years old and based in Bali.

4. Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral).

5. Basic knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to the Chief Construction MEP in achieving departmental strategic objectives.
