Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable.
• To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients.
   

Job Description:

• Oversee and verify daily operational reimbursements.
• Prepare, file, and report all company tax activities to ensure compliance with Government regulations.
• Control and monitor daily tax operations to maintain accuracy and adherence.
• Stay updated on the latest Government tax regulations and ensure proper implementation.
• Organize and maintain tax data and reports in an efficient and accessible manner.
• Manage various tax-related tasks, including handling tax affairs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management to support overall business objectives.

• Daily Operation: Manage smooth daily operations in sales include achieving company target as key performance indicators and maintain best practice relationship with the customer.
• Order Processing and Fulfillment: Ensuring all sales orders are entered into the system correctly and processed through to delivery without errors or delays.
• Coordination Between Teams: Collaborating with sales, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any issues.
