Purpose of role: To support warehouse and logistics operations in Jakarta operations and service areas and Pekanbaru service center.
Key Activities:
•Enter inventory data in computer system using SAP when receiving items or preparing for deliveries.
•maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions, noting down dates of purchase and receipt, item count and details, issues encountered, and more
•Prepare inventory for deliveries
•Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks
•Perform routine maintenance checks of the warehouse area and perform cleanup or simple repair duties when needed
•Manage a product delivery plan for driver
•Follow up on invoices for Finance
•Participate in a morning briefing
•Inspection of incoming goods from external suppliers
•Any other duties assigned by the company
Key Accountabilites:
•Adhere to all EHSQ policies and procedures
•Complete warehouse and logistic operations as per applicable SOP’s
•Support to achieve operations KPI’s
•Complete jobs as per customer requirements
