Updating and maintaining Personnel file records and managing HRIS inputs
Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters.
Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests.
Manage employee data and HR metrics (turnover rate, master data, etc)
Handling employee letters (Reference letters, Paklaring, Movement Letters, etc)
Liaise with external vendors for agreements, vendor registration and invoicing.
Assisting payroll processes
